What luxury interiors actually cost in Bangalore in 2026

A per-square-foot number tells you very little. Here is how a home is really priced, what moves the figure, and the bands we would give a friend.

Is there a charge for the initial design?

No. Within 7 days you receive multiple design options for your rooms — photorealistic, with a material board and an indicative range — complete, complimentary, and without obligation. Working drawings come with the design agreement. The 7-day clock starts once your floor plan and brief are complete, and slots are limited each week. Full design begins with a design agreement.

Do you build, or only design?

Both — one studio, one contract, one named project manager from kick-off to handover. Design and execution under the same roof is the whole point: there is nobody to hand your home to, and nobody else to blame.

What does an Élara home typically cost?

Luxury interiors with Élara start from ₹11.99L. Where your own home lands depends on its size and the finish level you choose — our estimate tool gives you an indicative range in about a minute, before you speak to anyone.

Do you have a showroom?

No. We bring samples to you and design from your floor plan, so you see your own rooms rather than a showroom template. Nothing about beginning requires a visit.

Do you name the materials in the quote?

Every line — brand, grade and warranty. IS:710 BWP or IS:303 MR ply, HDHMR shutters, Hettich or Hafele soft-close, laminate codes, stone lot. You can verify each line at delivery.

How do I know what is happening on site?

Site photos and plan-against-actual are shared with you every week, on the same day, along with what is paid and what is pending. One thread with your project manager, and a video call whenever you want one.

What happens if a quality check fails?

It is reworked until it passes — not negotiated, not discounted, not marked “minor”. Nobody at ÉLARA can waive a check; only you can accept a deviation, in writing, and it stays on record.

What is covered after handover?

The brand’s warranty on every material, the ÉLARA Standard — a 10-year warranty on joinery and modular furniture, and a service promise: raise a ticket, we respond within 48 hours and visit within 7 days. All of it written in your Warranty Pack at handover.

Do you style the home as well?

Yes, and it is included. Art, textiles, planting and the objects that make a room look lived in rather than staged are styled by the studio at handover — the last five percent most projects never budget for.

Who is Élara & Co.?

A boutique interior design studio in Bengaluru, registered as Elara and Co Interiors Private Limited — Élara & Co. in full, and Elara and Co where the accent and the ampersand are inconvenient. Design and execution sit under one contract here, which is the reason there is one studio, one agreement and one named project manager on every home we take on.
